The apartment can be rented for nine months at a time, from September 1st of one year to May 31st of the following year. It is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary household items.
The technical amenities are top-notch and include internet access and Wi-Fi.

Tenants are only responsible for providing their own bed linens and towels.
